Caelle Hair Vault – Business Policies

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Eligibility:

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued (no refunds).
Shipping Policy
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days via standard shipping.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Pre-Order & Custom Wig Policy
  • Processing Time: 7 business days.
  • Full payment is required upfront.
  • No refunds or cancellations once custom work has begun.
$70 Hair Hold Deposit Policy

Need us to hold hair for you? Here’s how it works:

  • A $70 non-refundable deposit is required to hold hair for up to 1 week.
  • After 7 days, if the remaining balance is not paid, the hair will be released back to inventory.
  • The deposit will be applied toward your final payment.
Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
  • After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Notice: Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Caelle Hair Vault is no longer responsible for the package.

  • No refunds or replacements for items confirmed as delivered.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before checkout.
  • If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Payment Policy
  • We accept Credit/Debit, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
  • All transactions are secure.
